About the seminars
Co-hosted by CRASSH and the University’s Research Culture Team, and working with Action Research on Research Culture, this new series will feature fortnightly panel discussions on key questions relating to research culture and open research.
- What models should we be developing for open research in the arts, social sciences, and humanities?
- Why should I consider an open access publisher for my monograph, and how does it work?
- How do we create a positive research culture in our departments, centres or faculties (what would one look like)
- How should research be evaluated?
All are welcome to help us debate these questions (and more). A series of short position statements by invited speakers will set out some of the challenges and opportunities we face at the moment, and then the floor will be open for questions and other contributions.
We would encourage you to take part in person if you can. A Zoom link will be provided to participants who are not based in Cambridge or cannot attend for other reasons.
