Online event facilities

We are able to host events in person, online and in a hybrid format. We can offer facilities on Zoom and Teams and are open to facilitating events on other platforms.

Accessibility

At CRASSH we endeavour to make our activities as accessible as possible, in line with the BPA/SWIP guidelines on accessible conferences and events.

The Alison Richard Building is located on the University of Cambridge’s Sidgwick Site and has step-free access. The main seminar rooms (SG1 and SG2) are located on the ground floor of the building and accessible toilets are available on all floors. Disabled parking is available outside the Alison Richard Building.

General accessibility information about the Sidgwick Site, including disabled parking, is available on the University’s Disability Resource Centre website.

We would typically be able to waive registration fees for personal assistants to disabled people, and service animals are welcome.

If you have any specific accessibility needs for a CRASSH event please get in touch. We will do our best to accommodate any requests.
