Research Networks (Seminars, Reading Groups, Symposia and Workshops)

The Research Networks are the engine room of CRASSH’s intellectual project. This programme supports groups of Cambridge graduate students, Cambridge based academics (CTOs/UTOs) and postdoctoral researchers working together with a common interdisciplinary research interest, bringing together early-career researchers, established academics and guest speakers on particular research topics for a year of collaborative work.
Since its inception in 2006, the programme has hosted 77 Networks.

The funding competition for 2021 – 22 is now closed.

The next competition for the academic year 2022 – 23 will be open around January 2022

Research Networks 2021 – 2022

Introducing the CRASSH Research Networks 2021 – 2022

"CRASSH Research Networks are our crucibles of new thinking: they allow for sustained acts of shared analysis, intellectual invention and spaces of collective dreamwork. Most importantly, they build new communities of thought."
Steven Connor, Director, CRASSH
