This seminar will bring together practitioners and creative artists from the Cambridge community to explore the current practice of performing arts for wellbeing, especially the therapeutic values for those living with mental health issues, Asperger syndrome, and depression. It also explores the collaboration between performance arts and professional community groups involved in therapy, self help, and peer engagement.
