22 Feb 2013 All day CRASSH, Alison Richard Building, SG1 & 2 and Cambridge Arts Picturehouse

Description

This is the second meeting of a new forum for research through art and creativity hosted at CRASSH for researchers working in the field between science and the arts.

The forum will be relevant for you if you are using or interested in research methods inspired by the arts and sociology/anthropology, or if you are working with artists to develop research data collection methods or research communication methods.

The Forum will make it possible for researchers from all disciplines to meet at CRASSH three times a year (next meetings: 17 May 2013) to share ideas, and get feedback from peers on ideas and developments of research projects where artistic or creative (re)presentations are used to explore humanistic elements of life.

Registration

Fee: £30 (includes tea/coffee, lunch and a ticket to the Arts Picture House)

Deadline: 8 February 2013

Registrations are now closed.

We would like to ask each delegate to produce max 500 words on the successes and challenges they have experienced working in the field between the arts and the sciences, to be shared with the other delegates.

Please also indicate whether you would like to join in on a meal at the Arts Picture House at 7pm on 21st February (this is not included in the fee).
