Lt Col Andy Szabo  (Royal Engineers)

 

Lt Col Andy Szabo, will draw on his experience of reconstruction work in the Helmand Province of Afghanistan to reflect on the specific technological and hydrological challenges of working in that environment, and the capacity of historic and present day engineering works to adapt to those environmental challenges.
