There will be a discussion panel in connection with the conference “International Protectorates and the Challenge of State Building: the Record, the Politics, the Prospects”. This will consist of four 15 minute talks by panelists followed by a Q&A session and debate. The panel is titled Building order in a post imperial age: lessons from and perceptions of international protectorates since the end of the cold war
