About
Asaf leads the Food Security and Global Catastrophic Risks Project at CSER. The research explores dependencies and distortions in the food-water-energy nexus. It aims to better understand what shocks might threaten global food security, what the consequences of such shocks may be, and how we can work to mitigate these risks. Asaf completed his doctoral research in UCL, Department of Science, Technology, Engineering and Public Policy. He was a Research Scholar at Columbia University. He studied Environmental Sciences at Balliol College, Oxford, and was a member of the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Program in the University of Oxford.
