Dr Felix Waldmann is a Cambridge Early Career Fellow and will be at CRASSH in Lent Term 2021.

During my time at CRASSH I will be working on my new project on constitutionalism and legal codification in eighteenth- and early nineteenth-century Europe.

Dr Felix Waldmann is J. H. Plumb College Lecturer in History and Fellow, Christ’s College. His published research focuses on early-modern political thought and intellectual history. His first book, After Vico: Politics, Philosophy and the Enlightenment in Naples, is in preparation for the Ideas in Context Series (Cambridge University Press). He has published and forthcoming articles in the Journal of British StudiesJournal of Modern HistoryHistorical Journal, and Modern Intellectual History.
