Samantha is the Research Project Administrator for three of CRASSH’s current projects:
- The Global as ARTEFACT: Understanding the Patterns of Global Political History Through an Anthropology of Knowledge [ERC H2020]
- Religious Diversity and the Secular University [Andrew W Mellon Foundation]
- Qualitative and Quantitative Social Science: Unifying the Logic of Causal Inference? [ERC H2020]
She also provides administrative support for gloknos, the Centre for Global Knowledge Studies, and can answer enquiries from interested scholars or institutions.
Samantha was the administrator for two ERC-funded projects that have now ended. Information about Visual Representations of the Third Plague Pandemic [ERC FP7] and Bible and Antiquity in 19th-Century Culture [ERC FP7] is still available on our website. The Visual Representations of the Third Plague Pandemic Database is online and can be viewed via the Cambridge University Library Apollo webpages.
Prior to joining CRASSH in 2017, Samantha worked as Outreach Historian at the WHO Centre for Global Health Histories at the University of York, and before that studied for an MA in Modern History at the same university.
