Description
The CRoSS (Commercialisation of Research out of Social Sciences) programme explores how commercialisation (e.g. developing and licensing innovative ideas and tools, creating social enterprises and spinouts, or carrying out academic consultancy) can promote and scale the impact of social science research for wider societal benefit.
CRoSS at CRASSH
At this event, the University’s Impact facilitation teams and Cambridge Enterprise will share some of the work of the CRoSS programme to date and talk about opportunities to engage in research commercialisation.
Join us to hear more about how Social Science researchers have utilised commercialisation opportunities to maximise the societal impact of their projects. Tell us more about your own projects and network with others interested in this area.
CRoSS Roadshows are part of a series of events representing Cambridge’s response to the UKRI Economic and Social Research Council‘s new CRoSS programme.
Who should attend:
University of Cambridge academics and researchers, postdoctoral and doctoral researchers, and others interested in the commercialisation pathways for the Arts and Humanities and Social Sciences.
Please note: This event is open to members of the University of Cambridge only.
If you have specific accessibility needs for this event please get in touch. We will do our best to accommodate any requests.
This event is hosted by Cambridge Enterprise and is part of the CRoSS Impact Acceleration Programme.
