Tom Green (University of Cambridge)

Tom Green is working towards a PhD at the Faculty of Divinity at Cambridge University, having previously completed an MPhil and BA in Theological and Religious Studies in the same faculty. His doctoral research focuses on the articulation of a defense of religion against positivism and materialism in the late nineteenth-century works of Friedrich Max Müller and Swami Vivekananda, and in particular the central importance of Advaita Ved?nta, a monistic Indian philosophical tradition, in their arguments.
