Film as re-imaging the modern space
In my talk I will show a few films that can be understood as investigating
in some way the relationship between modern architectural forms and film
space. Moving image film and modernist forms can be understood to be more
or less contemporaneous in their histories, so I will try to think about
how film can re-imagine how those forms might have been experienced when
they were modern.
