Modelling Futures: Understanding Risk and Uncertainty
A dissertation fellowship worth £2,500 is available to doctoral students engaged in Humanities or Social Science-related research on an aspect of Risk and Uncertainty that falls broadly within the disciplinary remit of the Modelling Futures Seminar. The successful applicant will participate in the seminars and play a supporting role in their organisation.
Graduate fellows must be registered for a PhD programme at the University of Cambridge. These are completion fellowships and the award may be taken during 2009-10 or during a 'writing-up' period the following year.
Applications, consisting of a CV and brief proposal (500 words) showing the relevance of your PhD project to the topic of the Seminar should be sent to the Administrator at CRASSH, 17 Mill Lane, Cambridge CB2 1RX by 15 May 2009. Applicants should ask their supervisors to write a letter of support to arrive via email or hard copy by the deadline.
