The Cambridge Digital Humanities Network now has a new website. Please visit www.digitalhumanities.cam.ac.uk for Network news and events as well as a directory of people and projects in Cambridge.
We are a network of researchers at Cambridge who are interested in how the use of digital tools is transforming scholarship in the humanities and social sciences. This transformation spans both the content and practice of humanities research, as the diffusion of digital technologies opens up new fields of study and generates research questions which breach traditional disciplinary boundaries.
In May 2011 the Cambridge Digital Humanities Network was approved as a Strategic Network by the University's Research Policy Committee. The University will fund the Network for three years from 1 October 2011.
For more information or to get involved in developing the network, please contact Dr Anne Alexander, Network Co-ordinator via digitalhumanities@crassh.cam.ac.uk.
