Welcome to Easter Term. As we agreed last term, in the four sessions when we
will be meeting this term, we will be reading most of Judith Butler's The
Psychic Life of Power. Theories in Subjection (Stanford, CA:
Stanford U.P., 1997). In the final meeting of last term, we read the
'Introduction' (pp. 1-30). The weekly reading for the next four meetings will
