"It was through CRASSH’s support, in funding, administration and publicity, that a series of chance meetings between postgraduate students was transformed into a well-established group of researchers hosting high-profile events."
Elena Pala (Linguistics) and Thomas M Artiss (Sociology), Graduate/ Faculty Group Conveners 2010-11
Graduate Research Groups
Supported by The Andrew W Mellon Foundation and The Isaac Newton Trust.
The Graduate Research Group programme supports groups of graduate students and faculty working together with a common interdisciplinary research interest. These groups have proved a sturdy tool for disciplinary development, curriculum change and interdisciplinary research. Since its inception in 2006, the programme has hosted 28 groups.
