20 Nov 2018 4:30pm - 6:00pm CRASSH Meeting Room, Alison Richard Building, 7 West Road, Cambridge, CB3 9DT

Description

The second seminar in Biosensibilities: Living the Measured Life, an initiative of exploratory seminars on technology and the experience of biosensing and run with the PHG Foundation, will be taking place on Tuesday 20th November in CRASSH from 4.30pm – 6pm.

In this seminar we will discuss the principal issues, medical, social, legal, economic and psychological (to name only those), that may arise from the growth of biosensing. The seminar will begin with a series of short responses to the review of possibilities presented by Professor Chris Lowe at the first seminar. The long-term aim is to identify the areas where future research would be desirable, and the ways in which it could be carried forward and supported.

This link will take you to the webpage and information about the initiative. Please email Mette H. Rokkum Jamasb should you have any questions.

• The seminar is open to all and there is no need to register.
