Mark Goodall (University of Bradford)
Please join us for the start of our 2018 Easter programme as we welcome the film-maker, writer and academic Mark Goodall. Mark is the co-director and co-producer of HOLY TERRORS a feature film based on the short stories of supernatural horror writer Arthur Machen.
This special event will involve a screening of the film as well as an introduction and an Q+A session.

Mark is Senior Lecturer at the School of Media, Design and Technology at the University of Bradford. He is a specialist in film history, with a particular interest in cult and experimental films of the 1960s and 1970s. Mark is an expert in the genre of the Italian 'mondo' film, a form of sensationalist documentary, and is the author of the key work on the subject, *Sweet and Savage*. More recently, Mark has developed projects on music and 'countercultural studies' (pop festivals, The Beatles, music and the occult, graphic arts and comics etc.).
