Simon McBurney, of the renowned theatre company Complicite, in dialogue with mathematicians Marcus du Sautoy (Oxford) and Tim Gowers (Cambridge) launch the 800th anniversary conference Changing the Humanities/the Humanities Changing with a unique performance that  brings the idea of imagination and creativity back into the foreground, focusing on the mathematician as artist and showing the  importance of imaginative leaps in mathematical progress.
